An Account Manager also needs to be the ultimate translator, understanding the processes and technical terms of our services, and communicating them in an easy-to-understand explanation to our clients. The Senior Account Manager is responsible for:

  • Overall account management for client’s various services: website design and development, ongoing SEO, ongoing PPC management, targeted display, streaming TV, social media content and ads, and email campaign management
  • Successfully multitask across dozens of projects
  • Ensure all steps in each process across all services are followed in a timely manner
  • Manage client expectations on when to receive deliverables and meet deadlines during phases within a project
  • Schedule and conduct monthly performance review meetings for ongoing digital marketing clients
  • Schedule and conduct all website meetings both internally and with the client, preparing all materials necessary for the meeting
  • Interface with third-party vendors and ad platform account management teams to promptly resolve technical and operational issues for our clients
  • Accurately record notes, client requests, and quotes for billable time worked
  • Quickly learn about new industries and advertising platforms in a positive but fast-moving work environment
  • Balancing client needs with internal workflow and capabilities
  • Keeping track of monthly budgets and recording it properly for billing purposes

  • Superior organizational and time management skills, as well as attention to detail
  • Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with experience working with all levels of an organization, including C-level executives
  • Required 5+ years of experience in an advertising agency setting. This may include online advertising / marketing / e-commerce / consulting / account management / project management experience; Google certifications are helpful
  • 4-year college degree in a related field such as business, marketing, or communications
  • Ability to identify, articulate, and defend insights and recommendations to clients
  • Aptitude for uncovering and analyzing clients’ spoken and unspoken goals and needs
